I LOVED FlexPoints. I lost a lot of weight. Then it went to Winning Points or something and things fell apart for me. MFP is so much better. I just need to be more consistent about logging, and that is on me.

I have had to seriously limit my alcohol intake because when I drink I snack. And, I underreport those snacks and I gain weight. Nasty cycle for me. Ok, I made them and they came out NOTHING like the photos. They were chewy, in a rubbery way, and not sweet. I followed the recipe exactly as written except I omitted nuts and subbed chocolate chips. Complete waste of ingredients. I can't recommend.

I entered the ingredients, subbing 2% milk for skim and 2 tablespoons of extra dark chips for nuts. Worked out to 87 cals per brownie. Trying them tonight. I will report back with my results.

I started MFP at 1350 and stalled after two months. Switched to TDEE-20% and now eat about 1850 per day. Losing weight like a champ now! Also, feel better, more energy, and less grumpy. Do it.
