I am 5'3" and I weight 174 I change my work out up alot. But I usually do 30 - 60 mins a day of running, elliptical, stair climbing and a circuit workout. I usually eat 1200 - 1400 cals a day

Congrats to everyone that has lost! I need help! I am stuck! I work out at least 4 times a week for 30 mins at a time. I use my MFP to log my food, but my weight is not going down and has not for months now! What am I doing wrong? How is everyone else losing it?
