Hello, everyone. I recovered from EDNOS several years ago. I wish all of you well in your recoveries! Though it's been years since my recovery, I still struggle with diet and exercise issues on a daily basis. I am going to get out of the obsession though, and have started a "no tracking allowed" challenge for myself to try…

What was described here is NOT the exception to the rule. The ones who have extra babies just for government aid- those are the execptions to the rule.

I've been doing this, too. I am a huge fan of peppermint tea, which is soothing to the stomach. I also bought a box of different flavored berry teas which so far aren't great, and some chamomile, which I like. It definately helps me to not binge at night because I don't like to eat while I drink tea. But I don't think…

Okay, you asked for it: Assuming that absolutely no one on death row is innocent (big stretch)- Instead of the death penalty, we should test products and medical treatments on death row inmates instead of animals. Some would die in the process, so the pro-death penalty people would get their way. But most would just suffer.

highest that I actually had the bravery to come back and record? Somewhere in the 4500 calorie range. But I have had days that were probably much higher, I just decided against tracking. I say BRAVO to those who commit to tracking everything, even on days that you go over. I still lost weight the week of the 4500 calorie…

If you are anti-artificial sweetners, look away now! I put sugar free syrup in my oatmeal, along with a spoonful of peanut butter. It's delicious!

I'm not on a specific diet, but I am vegan and eat a lot of whole grains! Feel free to friend me for ideas, as I share my diary with friends only. I still haven't watched Forks Over Knives, and I think I'm the only vegan left who hasn't!

After learning the truth about Santa whenever my parents said something fantastical, I questioned it. To me, it included god, jesus, and all of that, because it seemed simular. Like, in November and December when I misbehaved, it was "Santa is watching!" and the rest of the year it was "God is watching!" so for me they…

I wasn't angry or hurt, but I did question authority and religion after learning the truth about Santa. And so did several other people that I know. So... YES.
-
Because when they realize that their parents were lying to them, it will make them question authority, and when they realize that the invisible man who always watches them and knows if they are good or bad is fictional, it will make them question religion. I want my future hypothetical children to always be curious and…

I love Santa! My children will know him well. I think that it will be really fun for them when they are younger, and it will help them learn to question authority and religion when they are older. No harm done.

totally joined the smallest group. Couldn't help myself!

People actually PMed someone to request that they leave a debate group because they disagreed with her views? WOW.

I think that spanking is cruel and unneccesary. However, I've been assured by several people that it can be done in a loving way, so I don't think that it should be outlawed or anything. It should be up to the parents to decide how to discipline their children. But as soon as I find out that a parent spanks, I do tend to…

Yep, I believe in that. He will always hold a place in my heart! And I believe that my boyfriend's first love will always hold a place in his. And I'm okay with that, it's just how it works.

follow the dark sparklies into the night!

We have had this discussion, and we feel as if we're strong enough to get through any sexual problems that may arise in our future. Of coures, we've also joked about the fact that right around when I go through menopause and may not want sex, he may be going through old age issues and may not be able to do sex, so it will…

This!

case by case. My boyfriend is nearly 17 years older than me, and our relationship is amazing! I don't know if that has anything to do with his age, though. He did tell me that if I had met him when he was my age, I probably wouldn't like him very much. (of course, when he was 27, I was 10...)

This is another topic that I'm pro-choice about. If you want to be a SAHM, do it! If you don't, don't do it! Of course, in some situations it makes more financial sense to have whichever spouse earns less money to stay home with the kids rather than pay more than you'd make at your job for day care. I don't want to be a…

We sit on the same side, but it's usually because I'm freezing in restaurants!

I think that it should be legalized. So much crime in my city due to this! Hasn't regulating it in parts of Nevada helped lower the crime rate? Or am I completely wrong about that...? Either way, I believe that it should be legalized and regulated. I also think that perhaps fewer young girls would be roped into doing this…

LOL at remembering something my boyfriend said last night while watching a commercial: "No way J-Lo drives a Fiat."

I use sugar free syrup in my oats, tastes great!

Ew. I hate this! I would say that "it's no worse than _____ promoting _________" but HCG is pretty scary, so I think it's worse.
-
Yep, I'm healthy. And usually I feel pretty attractive. But I want to lose some "vanity" pounds. I want to feel and look my best. Why not?

Anything Mo-Town. Especially The Tempations and the Jackson 5!

Team Jacob all the way! I still wish that she had chosen him.

Great challenge! I just joined.
