i've been eating so many cookies for the past like.. week. i always go to my best friends house at night and her aunt has been making cookies by the butt load.. i have absolutely no will power against cookies. she made 2 of my favorites. :( buttt i'm not going there tonight.. so i should be better on my calories!! good…

i have 7.. including a piece on my arm.. which is probably my favorite. i absolutely adore tattoos.. most of the time. i'm not fond of repetitive imagery and scriptures. other than that, your body is a canvas for your favorite art :)

almost the same story!! the ring that now fits is a size 7, and i used to wear a size 9 :) keep with it, i promise it's worth it. i still have a lot to go but these small victories keep me going :D

just make sure you eat your exercise calories back, at least enough to get above 1200.. i think at less than 1200 your body goes into starvation mode and may store any calories you take in. drink enough water and change up your exercise routine, as your body may have gotten used to yours. good luck!

yeah its after exercise.. i'm a cook which burns a lot of calories, but i also went on a long walk.. i don't want to eat a whole lot of stuff but i'm thinkin bout just going to 711 and pickin some things up.. i'm gonna look funny grabbin things and looking at the calories.. just so i can get my net up to 1200.. haha
