My fiance is a manager at a 24HF in the Houston area and told me about a situation exactly like yours today! (You wouldn't happen to be in The Woodlands, huh?) Any deal that is online can be honored at any location. They just have to sign you up online at the club! Probably what happened is that the membership counselor…

Aw, that's great! Friend request sent!

I, too, am anxious to see my calves shrink... If they will! I was a dancer for many years and I have massively muscular, super-strong legs, covered now by a marvelous layer of fat! Here's to thinner calves!

Haha! I wish! Sounds like fun, but I am not coordinated enough for that!
-
WOOOOWWW! Your pictures brought a smile to my face! So happy for you on your success and wish you many happy, healthy years to come!

Haha, so bad...

WOWZA! All hail Queen of the Treadmill!!! Looks like fun, but I'd probly fall flat on my face!!!

What a generous and loving mom you have. If it were me, I would pay down the charge to the credit card with my own money as planned, and put her money in a savings account for a rainy day when mom might need the extra help. What does the hubby think?

Thank you for all of your input. I have decided to get a HRM (Polar FT7), and more accurately track my exercise cals. I think I may try NOT eating them for a few weeks, and then eating them for a few weeks and see which one better suits my goals and efforts! Thanks all!

+3.5 lbs. Boo... I didn't like it, but I posted it anyway. By the end of the week, I expect my scale to be singing a different tune!

I think they're a pain, but my sister had good luck with the Scrubbing Bubbles thing where it sprays your shower out when you get out. Tilex Fresh Shower is nice too. Both of these products are used to maintain a clean shower though, not clean the mildew... Also, maybe use a fan during and after your showers to remove any…

I'm about to buy a Polar FT7 HRM from heartratemonitorusa.com for $77 with free shipping. Comes with chest strap and all that good stuff. I've never used a HRM, but this one came highly recommended from my MFP people!

BAHAHAHAahahaha! And eew....

Don't worry! The first place I lose (and the last place I gain back) is my boobs! Haha! Nothing else is different about my body except that I'm almost back into a C cup! GAH!

I've been thinking on getting a HRM, but I don't have a lot of money to spend... Suggestions?

Problems with Pyrex? Please tell! I have a lot of OLD Pyrex... What's up with the new stuff?

I take a Nature Made Women's Vitamin Pack. It contains a multivitamin, calcium, Vit C, and Vit B. It comes in a 30-day supply for less than $15, and I can occasionally catch it on BOGO at Kroger or Walgreens!

Stunning! Can't wait to take my after pictures!

I think the "Back to the kitchen" remark was a... Oh, what's that called again... I think it starts with a J.... JOKE! That's what it is! Dang! Thought I almost forgot! Sandwiches are lovely. Tuna salad sandwiches are my favorite! NOM!

Hello, fellow bride-to-be! Congratulations! I have set a date, but it's not for another almost two years! So I have given myself plenty of time! Best of luck to you with your weight loss goals!

So SO true. Please seek another doctor so you can get the help and the answers you need and deserve.

Holy crap, hot stuff! Get it, girl!

Um... Not when you're twisting and pivoting... You're referring to impact's effect on the knee.

I'm 5'6" and started at 237. My goal is 150-155, but if I can get into the 160's, I think I'll be satisfied. Speaking strictly of height & weight proportionality, if that's a word, for a woman of our height, our goal weight is between 120-159 depending on if you are a small, medium, or large frame. I will never weigh 120…

I did this too. I've got some calories to spare, and it's supposed to be a beautiful day... I intend on taking an afternoon walk!

Love this. I must share it with my excuse-riddled father! Thank you for posting, and enjoy your Turkey Day!

And speaking of bathrooms... That weird, cheap toilet paper in the bathroom at work. Y'all know what I'm talking about.

The rampant misuse of apostrophes. Or as some might rather say, "apostrophe's." CRINGE!

For a big bird (20 lbs. or so), I'll thaw him in the bathtub in cold water for about a day. Usually does the trick!
