  • Wow.. Thank you all for such great, quick responses!! :D I went to Meijer yesterday and bought a ton of Fiber One bars. My new strategy is to eat big breakfasts and lunches, then have a granola bar during my 5 minute break at 6 pm. Thanks again! Gretchen
  • Thank you guys for the responses! I love this community! :D I found a calculator that told me 170 calories for my weight but at others, I found 250 or 350!
