i dont think im doing it right but my calorie intake for the day is under 1200 and i eat good. i eat a bowl of cereal after my daily 3 mile jog (though i didnt get to jog this weekend :( ) and then i eat a peach or a few strawberries. then i have a ham sandwich (miracle whip or lite mayo but not very much) 2 slices of ham…

i too have hypothyroidism, ive had it since i was 5 years old. I am 25 now. my thyroid goes untreated, i used to take synthroid up until i was about 15 or 16 then i just stopped taking it. i felt sluggish and slow for most of the time, or just didnt ever really feel like doing anything, on top of that i work on the weekend…

haha i think EVERYONE here knows the feeling! But dont beat urself up! I work a night shift on the weekends, i had a snickers fun size candy bar :( tonight. I almost went to ihop to get a crispy chicken strip basket meal or appetizer sampler thats like 1500 calories! but instead i settled for a tuna sandwich :(

Thanks! I'm trying to get down to 170lbs! was originally at 205. I so far have only done cardio but i'm going to hit the gym soon and get some weights in on my routine.
