heck yes i nap, but usually only get to on the wekeends, i get home from work at 5 and workout til about 630, by the time im showered and ready to go anywhere its 7 something and i might as well just go to bed.

i woudlnt suggest them either, they offer pizza on mondays or fridays... only reason i say is because if im dedicated to a gym, i want to dedicate my diet as well.

i say smoking is worse, one cigarette - meh sure whatever. but if i were to binge eat.. id eat steak and chicken and fish then go beast mode in the gym ;) so if your going to binge, do it on something good

vampire, i already work at night and in the club scene. i would suck blood, not di*k like todays twilight vampires do. f that.... i'd be one of those vampires like from the movie blade, they were all super cool and not sparkly.

I have Hashimotos or Hypothyroidism whichever makes more sense.... since i was really young like 5 or 6. took synthroid for quite a while and well, now after getting in shape my thyroid levels are really great! so i had a very underactive thyroid but it wasnt completely inactive... i realize my post doesnt help.. i hate saying im in my late 20s :-/ - 28 here, lost 50+ lbs...a few years ago not trying to really lose any more weight, just gain some muscle and burn maybe 10lbs left of body fat...

agree! i used to think I was eating whatever i wanted and not gaining any weight until one day i was 65lbs overweight!
