Lol!. Not that soon. It will take upto Two weeks to see any changes on the scales. Keep doing what your doing and do not weigh in for anther Two weeks and weigh in on waking up, Not later in the day. Always first thing in the morning to get more precise results. Good luck.

Stick to myfitness pal, Eat all the given calories in there values including all fats and exercise 30mins each day at a fast waliking pace. Lol i tried a couple today as a friend got sucked in and ordered some lol. I had hot flushes within 20mins of taking them and now been Farting all day!, Really ****in stinky fowl farts. Also got back ache and stomach ache. I will be giving them a miss and sticking to the green tea i think.

Been on a low carb diet and now have the beginnings of gout!!!, Maybe also kidney stones!!!. Dangerous. Balanced meals consuming less than you burn. Cutting diets will get you results fast and get you ill. Be carefull. It started with a pain in my groin then my back (Liver side) then in my kidneys plus felt really ****…
