Nuts (raw almonds, walnuts, peanuts and not rosted) only handful. Seeds (Flax seeds, Pumpkin seeds) Tofu and soybeans is good source of protein. Lentils and check peas Quinoa has good amount protein. Broccoli 2 has good protein.
