Thanks! It's really not as much as it sounds though. I do the Firm Express five times per week, but it's only 20 minutes per day. I figured that it would help to add these extra challenges. I gave myself the out that if I don't feel like doing them then I don't have to because it's better for me to want to do them than to…

Just finished. Some things are easier for me than others, but I do my best and can definitely see an improvement. I also did my normal workout and the mini challenge that charger440 has on his page. Most of the time I drink all of my water, but some days I fall a little short. I usually am able to get the fruits in but…

Great challenge today! I didn't get around to doing the stretches yesterday because I had a really busy day, but I usually take Thursdays off anyway (along with Sundays). Love the challenges! You're doing a great job!
