I do 24 a day and this is carbs, not net carbs. I don't sweat going to 30. I got 24 bc I am at 950 calories a day and that's just what MFP calculated for me that was below 35.

Sausage does seem to stick me bc of the sodium. I would watch that.

I tend to use ground turkey 99% of the time and 2% cheese. That helped with the fat. But, I see mine higher than my protein most days :(

check out www.genaw.com. There is an enchilada bake on there I can eat everyday. It's under beef I think. It's the one with the * beside the name. YUM!

The sausage is turkey sausage. Does that make a difference? I stuck it in there for the added benefit of protein. I find it so hard to get that protein in....

Being in the south I should have known to look there first! What is a reasonable sodium level? 2000?
