I'm about 150 (maybe a little less now) and I wear a heart rate monitor. I did Zumba yesterday for the first time yesterday for 76 minutes at home. Burned 586 calories and a max heart rate of 202!!

Bought the DVD. Continuing from my break so now I'm on l2d2. I feel a central nervous system overload strength training consecutive days like this though.

I couldn't handle it. I did 6 days of round 1 and then went to round two. I did l2 about twice and then sent it back to Netflix. The hardest workout ever. Insanity.
