I agree with LyndaThompson, I have never like getting on the scales, but everyone including your doctor measure how you are doing by your scales. Hello, I have not been able to exercise for the last 2 weeks but my doctors released me today to start back exercising. So though my # will not be high in January I will do what I can to finish out the month. Keep moving everyone

My plans are just to get moving at least 5 times doing various exercise for the week

Great goal. I hope you feel better, it maybe just the two of us but that will be okay we can keep each other motivated. I do not have the flu and I am off to a rather slow start. I exercised New Year's day have not done anything since.

I know I need to lose weight and when I think about how much weight I have gained then i want to eat, then i get mad at myself.
