Sorry....first time I've tried quoting. I've had two c-sections, and I have no pain anymore (my youngest is two). I would talk to your dr, something doesn't sound right there.

Potato Salad. Just disgusting.

I sign up for classes. One, I'm now financially obligated to go - I paid for those suckers! And two, I made the commitment to be there. Then after a while everyone in the class gets to know each other, so if you miss a class, they'll check up on you. Find a "workout buddy", someone you either have to workout with or report…

M - Boot camp & zumba T - zumba or pilates W - Boot camp & TRX TH - aqua zumba or pilates F - Boot camp Saturday - zumba Sunday - rest day Some weeks are more hectic than others, but this is what I try to accomplish. I love zumba, so I try to get that in as my cardio, as I'm not much of a runner. However, I'd like to start…

Never ask a woman if she's pregnant, if she wants you to know, she'll tell you. And never ask a pregnant woman if she's having twins. With all the hormones racing through her body, you might get hurt. Seriously.

suicides You want me to do WHAT?!

Like someone else mentioned, I didn't notice my pelvis as much as my rib cage - my babies were all high up. But yeah, my rib cage is permanently larger. Oh well, I take as a badge of honor...along with my stretch marks, c-section scar, red eyes from lack of sleep....

College, through mutual friends. He was married but seperated at the time, so we were just friends, but a few years later after his divorce we went out for our first date, on New Year's Eve of 2000. Never looked back and been married 10 years.

Greek yogurt turkey burger cheesesticks spinach bell peppers mushrooms milk eggs oh, and bananas for my kids. I swear they're little monkeys, we buy bananas at least twice a week.

The Help - I bawled at the end Game of Thrones series Jodi Picoult, I think it's hit or miss, some I really like and some I could care less about Have you read Heaven is For Real? It's a fast read, but it's an interesting look from a child's perspective Of corse the Lord of the Rings (that'll keep you busy for a little…

Gotta admit, my pooch. I can blaim it all I want on three kids (two of which were C-sections) but it 's the plain and honest fact that I let myself go. I'd even show off that scar - if I could get rid of the flab! :)

Oikos Fruit on the Bottom - Black Cherry And lately brown rice with random veggies thrown in (especially mushrooms).

I hadn't really thought about it - once again, i think it was this far off imaginary thing that would never really happen. I saw a beautiful little black dress a couple years ago with cutouts in the back and thought, "If only I was skinny enough to wear that." I still think about that dress. So, maybe at my goal I'll go…

We have a fantastic babysitter also. I usually get her a gift certificate to a small business in town that has tanning, movie rental, and a small coffee shop in it. That way, if she wants to use it on herself she can or she can use it for her family and have a movie night or both! I usually wrap it up with a tub of…

My son is a lot like this. Just remember, your daughter probably feels just as bad about it. I call it mommy guilt. I constantly felt guilty, that I had screwed this child up for life. I should have stayed home instead of going back to work, he's the third kid so I didn't give him enough attention, he was a "surprise" so…

I"m betting your past the 14s if the waist band is folded over. Congrats!

We have multiple floors where I work, and every time I need to refill my water glass I make myself truck up the stairs instead of going to the ice machine on my floor. I'm sure my coworkers just think I'm lost, but it helps me regain my focus when taking my little jaunt around the building. Since I'm also in charge of PR,…

I'd see if you can talk to the owner or manager and ask why they're not carrying it, if they could, etc. Maybe if they have enough people complain they'll bring it back?

Oikos. I used to like strawberry, then discovered the black cherry and there's no going back. It's the only kind I'll eat. My husband stocks our fridge with it, bless him.

To be able to see "me" in the mirror, not the heavy person I see every day. So much of weight loss is mental, I just want to be happy with my body again. Oh, and being able to run a 5k would be pretty cool!

My goal is a ten, I haven't been a ten since high school! However, if at size ten I think I can lose more, I'll reevaluate.
-
My husband. He's lost 80 pounds and looks amazing. I thought, if he can do it, I can do it! It helps to have that support system.
-
My hubby and I both set goals to accomplish by my birthday (in March). I want to be in a size 10 (I just barely eeck into a 12 now) by that time.

I used to make fun of my husband and anyone else that attended 5:30 am bootcamp at our YMCA. I now go, three days a week. Don't knock it til ya tried it!
-
The worst: My MIL got me a breastfeeding vhs tape at a garage sale, and presented it to me in front of the entire in law family. I'm incredibly private - this mortified me. Now I keep it and we use it as a gag gift, whoever is expecting next in the family gets it! A couple of years ago she got me a nightlight for our…

Each one is a little different, but the boobies hurting is a major sign to me. Heightened sense of smell, although this didn't kick in for me until about 8 weeks in. I figured it out with my third because I did a really hard workout and just felt queasy - for the next 9 months! Seriously, though, I've worked out hard…

Granny Smith & Pink Ladies, although this year our grocery store didn't carry Pink Ladies, orchard must have gotten hit or something. They had them last year.

Hmm... I have three kids, and I find it so nice and considerate when I have all three at the grocery store and someone lets me go ahead of them. Bless you! Wrangling three small children in a public place is almost impossible. When I'm by myself, I try to return the favor. My husband and I when we were first married went…

I'm a helper, so whatever is needed to get the job done. I'm not a great leader, but I also hate people telling me what to do. However, if you present the problem, I'll help you fix it, whether that being the grunt work or the CEO.
