I just finished day 2 of level 2 today! It really kicks my butt , but i really enjoy it! I have lost around 5 inches so far a couple pounds :)

When doing 30 day shred I play music instead of listening to jillian it helps me :)

Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. its an awesome workout! Definitely gets you sweating and all you need are hand weights. A mat is also helpful if you are on hard surface. It is also on youtube

It would be homemade mac and cheese with extra cheese! i love anything with cheese and pasta is good too! But pizza would come in as a close second

I tend to lose. I think it vary's person to person. If you usually bloat then you would probably gain a little because of water weight.

If you push yourself to your hardest and test you abilities during the workout as well as takes breaks when needed then it is awesome. like someone else said you are litterally dripping sweat before you even get past the warm up! it is an intense workout and the name insanity certainly describes it! according to what i found online there are about 150 calories in a medium double double at tim hortons which means if you are drinking 3-4 a day that is any where from 450-600 calories a day. maybe you are consuming more calories than you realize...

the most i "found" was $20. I say found like that because i bought a wallet at a yard sale and it had $20 in it. By the time I realized it i was already home and not able to make it back to the yard sale as it was out of town. That was as a 10 year old kid lol

I only focus on counting calories and I have lost 38 lbs but I also try not to eat a lot of junk too

I try to eat the stuff i want when i want it but in moderation vs depriving my self of something and then eating all of it when i finally get a hold of it. Pizza, mac and cheese, well mostly any thing with cheese. I eat wayy too much cheese. Peanut butter. Skittles. Any kind of candy for the most part which is why i seldom buy it cuz its a waste of money with no nutritional value but still doesn't mean i won't eat it :/

Im 5'5" and right now my goal is to be at 150. Once I get there I will decide if I need to lose a few more pounds or if i am comfortable where Im at :)

Make sure that when you set your goals you chose LOSE 1 pound per week or LOSE 2 pounds per week because when I first made my account I accidentally set it to GAIN 1 pound per week and it set my goals pretty high.
