Probably about -40 with the windchill here in Maine. Winters are brutal and seem to last forever! I can't wait to move somewhere warmer, I am not cut out for this cold weather lol

I hear you there! The only advice I have is don't buy it. If i don't have it my house I am usually fine but if I buy it I eat way too much of it, my weakness is cake, cupcakes and ice cream. For me personally, running is something I have to constantly keep working at. I was doing the C25K program and made it to the 5th week but got sidetracked over spring break. If I am going to drink soda I would rather have the real stuff. I rarely drink it though, maybe 8 oz every 3 or 4 months. This is also coming from somebody who used to drink like 4 or 5 cups a day..

I didn't really have a favorite basically ate any of the sugary cereals now my favorite cereal is raisin bran, I love it.

I eat basically what I want just in moderation. I did cut way back on sweets though.

I count walking if it is walking I don't do on a normal basis, however I rarely eat my exercise calories back so I guess it doesn't really matter what I add for exercise lol

Instead of trying to quite all at once and all together just cut back on it and drink 1 or 2 a week. That way you aren't depriving yourself but you aren't drinking it all the time.
