I had braces for 6 years and it's really not that bad. The first week or so is pretty uncomfortable to eat but after that you should be able to eat fine. You aren't supposed to eat a lot of crunchy things with them but thats only because they don't want them to pop off. I ate crunchy stuff the whole time i had my braces…

I try to use bigger glasses that hold 3 or 4 cups of water that way it seems like I am not drinking as much. It tricks my brain to drink more.

i usually have cereal or a bagel because I need something quick and don't have time to cook. ( i am not a morning person by any means!) I don't usually eat eggs because they fill me up really quick so im lucky if i can eat a whole omelet or a sandwich with egg in it.

When I did it I used 3 lb weights but it all depends on what you are used to. If you have been lifting than 5lbs are probably a good start if not 3lbs would be good. It is better to start lower and progress than to start heavier and hurt yourself.

i don't know about the nutritional differences but I think almond milk tastes better. I think it is just personal preference.

I do this all the time mostly when I am trying to sleep. It is not as bad as a it use to be but still a very creepy feeling.

I would fill my plate with what looks good and try to avoid going back for second and thirds. That way you can enjoy the yummy food without going completely overboard. Although I usually eat what I want as long as it fits in my calorie allotment for the day. Just enjoy yourself. This is a lifestyle change not a diet :)

My cat weighs 19 pounds and eats all day. I have tried cutting back on what food I give her but then she just constantly complains and its really annoying. I don't know what to do.

It basically is how our food calories are measured but we always refer to it is a Calorie which is different that calories with lowercase c

I used to hate the taste of water, or really lack there of. But after I started to force myself to drink 8 cups of water a day because I was always slightly dehydrated other wise. Before I started drinking water I would drink like 1 glass a day and that was all I would drink all day except maybe a little milk with my…

Pizza. I could eat a whole large pizza if I really wanted to. I usually only allow up to 4 pieces though, but I don't do it often. I used to do it 1 time a week but now its like 2 times a month at most.

I usually only count water as water but if I have a crystal light I log the packet of crystal light and the amount of water used in the crystal light.

I say if its within your calorie goal and within reason then eat it. If you know you won't be able to control it don't buy it or just but a serving. If you don't have it you can't eat it. Personally I would not be able to stay on track if I didn't allow my self foods that I enjoy you just need to use moderation. which I am…

I am doing the biggest loser boot camp right now and like that. 30 Day shred is good and really pushes you to the limit, I love Tae Bo videos! and the EA Active 2 is good for a game form, like some one had said.

I use 3 lb weights and at some points they are actually too heavy. If you are used to lifting weights than you may want heavier but if you are just starting out that the ones you have should be fine :)
