Friday I had time before meeting with a friend so I did the walk it off in 30 back to back, burn then firm. Saturday was my "rest" day; Sunday was Leslie's 3 miles of the "Miracle Miles" system; Monday was the "Burn" section of WIOI30 and today will be the "Firm" portion.

Good luck! I bought mine in August of 2017 and I won't see my dress again till late March. I'm hoping I've slimmed down a bit, because I did buy a 'mermaid' style to show off the weight I did lose. But every now and then when I'm down I get nervous if I made the right decision. That's something I have to work on though.

Hi All! New to posting on the forum. I ordered Leslie's Walk it Off in 30 Days (I have a number of her DVDs and have recently been using the Miracle Miles Program). I'm attempting to walk off a few pounds before my wedding in December. My goal is to walk at least two miles 6 days a week.

I've returned to MFP after almost a year-long (not-that-successful) journey on WW. I started seriously tracking on MFP in 2014 and lost 70 lbs. It's been a bit of a challenge learning how to maintain and even take off an additional 10-20 lbs. But I'm always looking for a good support system :)

I used Denise Austin's 'shrink your fat zones' 21 day pilates challenge & liked it (plus I lost of few inches), but I've never tried Jillian Michael's programs.

On my "off" days from C25K I still jogged to work on my stamina. In addition, I also alternate between yoga and pilates dvds, and lifting 5lb weights.

Officially a "C25K Graduate" now! Wow! Congrats on your first 5K! I'm still not there yet but I would like to one day! & I agree, I'm really starting to appreciate jogging more. I love that 'me' time during the morning jog. Finished W6D2 today.
