  • Introduce yourself to some other, different exercises - i.e. swimming, wii fit (this one works really well for me and makes me sweat like crazy). Have you tried Shaun T's workouts? They will really get you moving and are fun!
  • This is a great way to get support! I am 32, turning 33, and have over 100lbs to lose (close to 130). I just need to find more motivation and support, in order to do this. What can I do, everyone? I have the fitness pal app on my phone and it is great for logging in my progress. How do I not stray from this path every day?…
