WTH!!!!! that’s just wrong.....having kids around doesn’t mean you have to feed yourself bad stuff...birthday parties can be healthy and you can splurge a little but with control.... Don’t worry about it you got this!!!!...Keep it up and when you do have kids you will be a very healthy bug and feed them better......

I am on my 4th week.....brazil butt lift has given me some changes....it consists of all the waist and the lower portion of the body...you still do some upper body also..... but all in all it is fun to actually do this one..... But I am planning on continuing with the maintenance part to keep it up..... Anyone can message…

Mom of 3, We all have to start somewhere.... we just need that support and motivation to keep going and stay on track....... I was eating 1200, but I just had to move it up to help me lose more...apparently I wasn’t fueling my body enough...we shall see...... So you can Add me as well....

Shakeology..... either chocolate, greenberry, or strawberry...... mixed how ever I want it ....reduces calories, feeling good and has lowered my Cholestrol.....I have more energy......

I had the same issues, eating the same amount of calories as you are, I am stuck, too but I was told to up my intake.... so starting a couple days ago I have been increasing my intake..... try that I’m pretty sure your weight will start dropping.... Twisting with a lunge, preferably with a medicine ball or some kind of weight. Woodchopper, Chair pose, and if you can have a exercise ball to sit on, use that to do crunches on.
