Softball, Softball and more Softball. I play 4-5 games a week and tournaments a couple times a month. I also am a bit of a pool player..cue the jaws music... :smokin:

Ok, here's mine. My best friend has always been the one with the rock'n curvy cute body. She wore really cute jeans to my birthday party in October that I just loved. I started this "journey" in November. I stayed at her house in February and needed to borrow some jeans. She came out with those pair. I thought "are you…

Zumba is fantastic. LOVE IT! Anyway, you can go to zumbacalories.com to get a pretty good idea of what you burn. It will have you put in your weight, time and intensity and give you a number. I have had friends with HRM's check the number and they say it is pretty close. Good luck!

Kind of a silly one to most, but big for me. I play a LOT of softball. Have all my life. Normally I'm a pitcher or 3B. Not a whole lot of running needed for those positions. Yesterday I played a coed tournament where we played 4 games back to back to back to back. Whew! The coach for some bizzare reason decided that I…

^^^ This is WAY too high. Depending on your current weight and activity level you will burn more like 500 - 800. If you go to zumbacalories.com it will give a more acurate idea of what you burn. While not perfect, I have a friend who wears a HRM and said that it is pretty close. Oh, and Zumba rocks. The most fun exercising…

1. Did you eat the number of calories that MFP recommended to lose max weight or something higher? If more, how much more? - I tried to stay around 1200 calories, especially on the weekdays. Weekends were a little higher. I excersized 5-6 times a week for about an hour, burning anywhere from 600-950 calories depending on…

I really like my eyes, they are crazy blue and when the sunlight hits them they look electric. I like the color of my hair, my shoulders are now awesome and I love the way my collerbone looks. Didn't have one before, didn't know I missed it until it was there again. I like how tall I am, 5'8". I love my smile and my teeth…

Yes!!!! A thousand times YES! It is a great workout and typically the people who go alot are really welcoming (at least in my class they were). Nobody cares what you look like. They all remember what it was like when they started. In my class there always seems to be one or two new people so the chances that your are the…

I am not willing to give up beer. I make sure I have enough calories. Also, I learned to like (not love, like Fat Tire....mmmmm Fat Tire) Coors Light. If you like something heavier, Guiness is suprisingly low in calories. :drinker:

I actually emailed them for it a couple of weeks ago. If you private mesasge me with your email I will send it to you. You should be scared. I was shocked at how much their food "costs".
