I absolutely am addicted to Zumba. Just like with Spinning you can make the class as hard or as easy as you want. Once you get the moves down, you can adjust your workout to how hard you want to go. I'm 5'8" and now that I have lost the weight, there is nothing better than rocking the 4-5" heels. They make my butt and legs look amazing. Shows off all the hard work I've been doing. I don't really care if guys like it or not. I do and that's all that matters.
