Sounds good. Wonder what it would taste like if you used almond meal instead of flour

I love to marinate it in soy sauce, olive oil, worsteshire sauce, and salt and pepper then grill it. Its awesome that way

I tried both Atkins and South Beach Diet (SBD). However Atkins was just prior to me being diagnosed with hypothyroid disease and didn't work for me. After being treat I tried the SBD. SBD starts out limiting your carbs but then adds the healthy ones like sweet potatoes, wheat flour and brown rice back in after 3 weeks.…

A piece of wheat toast with a little peanut butter. Everything else sets my stomach on fire.

I started to try all your suggestions and it's already helping...thanks

All great suggestions...thanks fo the input. I will work on eating more often. I think my big problem is not having anything on hand and available at work. I need to fix that. Thanks again

I have those cravings as well but usually right around that time of the month. However this month has been worst than most. In fact I was craving homemade caramels so I just had to make some. Actually I probably have about 5 or six servings of fruits and vegitables in that meal (if one serving equals 1/2 cup). However you're right, when you look at what I ate throughout the day it doesn't seem like very many calories even though MFP put me at 1800 calories for the day. must have been those darn cheetos that I…

Well for instance yesterday I at Breakfast: A serving of Total Cranberry Cereal with a cup of skim milk, a cup of coffee with splenda and non fat creamer Lunch: Subway turkey wrap with sweet onion sauce, unsweet iced tea and cheetos (bad choice) Dinner: Fresh mixed vegitables wrapped in fillo dough Snack: Fresh baked apple…

Thats just it, I am eating at least my 1200 calories and I always seem to go over my protein limit. I try to eat a health breakfast so I don't get hungry before lunch but all I want to do is eat. I have found that if I exercise first thing in the morning (before work) and than eat breakfast it will almost hold me over…

Wow, that's funny because I have the opposite effect, especially when I am limiting my carbs. Although I also have thyroid disease and my body doesnt seem to process carbs like other people. So when I am on a low carb diet, regardless of the amount of fiber I take in I don't seem to have that problem at all.
