from what i hear, the toning shoes are false advertisement and are a crock of *kitten*! lol get some nike shocks or new balance, most comfortable for working out!

i agree with these two... i work 11-7now... i go back and complete the previous days log... were always a day behind on this schedule!!! example of my situation: i wake up at 5pm on monday evening, i eat breakfast then...morning snack at around 830... lunch at about 1230(midnight) afternoon snack at 230am and dinner at…

i most def am not following the special k diet but for breakfast i tend to do one cup of special k w/ 1/2 cup of low fat milk...along with a peice of fruit and something else low calorie... keeps me full until my morning snack.. i wouldnt rely on special k to lose weight, its just a healthy option for breakfast!!
