Coffee is my breakfast too. I eat at 11:30am.m. but still get in 1200 calories a day. Everyone is different and isn't going to be on the same daily schedule. As long as they are getting at least 1200 calories a day they will be fine.

It all depends. I have a bunch of different creamers in my fridge. I can do the sugar free but my husband can't :smile: SO... There are multiple little motels like Econo lodge and such that you can stay at and walk to the park. DO NOT stay across the street from the gate. They will gouge you for money.

yea I eat at around 10:30-noon. Coffee is my breakfast. This is unless i's family breakfast morning at like IHOP. I Know how you feel! I was always a size 4 now I'm like and 8. This is all after moving to Seattle and giving up a job to take care of my daughter for the next year. So I've been trying my hardest to stay motivated to shed this like10-15 lbs that is walking around with me!! Friends are always welcome in my corner :smile:

We stopped drinking all soda/pop 4 months ago. EVEN OUR KIDS!! This is the trick. It's simple. Don't buy it :) Buy Juice, Ice Tea, flavored waters. FILL THE FRIDGE WITH THESE!!! It will be so much easier if you have other choices and you don't see the soda :)

Small portions is a great idea. If you limit your self all of those tasty things, you may be setting your self up for failure. Drink a glass of water....
