Everyone is right. If your not hungry and your body is used to this eating pattern, it's fine. Don't force yourself if thats not what your body wants. FYI..... I'm not a breakfast kind of person either, just give me my 2 cups or coffee!

Well no it doesn't but it is swapping out a routine and changing things up. It's only 3 weeks, Maybe try it and let us all know how things go!

If you feel you need to do OJ, There are other low cal low sugar options out there. Tropicana does one. But I am a coffee drinker in the a.m.

Just a trick.... Drink a glass of water before every meal :) It will fill you faster and you will get your daily water.

It does get better and the more you continue on your 'Healthy Journey' the more it gets better :) But the late night cravings for me.... I have a cup of hot tea with honey. It helps me and its only 30ish calories!

I have one, it was my first and my 23rd birthday present to myself. It's a complete back piece of lotus flowers and tribal vines. 3 1/2 hours to complete :) Best present to myself ever!

It seams like Bordem is the trigger for most of the percentage. It's for me as well. It's when I am home and I don't have anything to do is when it hits. The days that everything is clean and we have done all of the shopping the days before.
