  • Without knowing if its a chronic back/neck condition its actually really hard to give advice. Have you done exercise to strengthen your abdominal and back muscles to support your spine and neck? It seems to me the exercise you should be doing would be to try and sort that out first so you can then go on and do other types…
  • PS: I was 50 and nearly died from blood clots because of my unhealthy lifestyle. Do not let it get there, I was 24 hours away from dying.
  • I think a visit to your doctor for a check up and blood tests to see where your health is at might be what might give you a jolt. Ask him what could happen if you keep going on as you are, it might be just what you need to reverse the weight gain and get your life back on track. Good luck and good health.
  • Do you incorporate interval training into your exercise regime? Also what are you eating for your 1200 calories? Is it balanced over the five food groups? Are you getting enough protein for all that exercise.
  • Hi, I pretty much have my IBS under control now. For me it was mainly sticking to as much unprocessed foods as possible. My triggers in particular were caffeine, chocolate, rich tomato based recipes. But I do know that the change to a healthy lifestyle was the main factor.
