I'm willing to lend support to my fellow procrastinators when I'm not procrastinating and hope to lean on you dear procrastinating group members when I lose my way,…

  • Hi all, type 2 diabetes runs in my family but I didn't help things by also putting on weight with each child I had (I have 3 gorgeous children - 13 yo girl, 16 yo girl and 18 yo boy). Just focus on the WHY you're wanting to do this. I think with a little bit of support, you & I can help each…
  • We have a cavoodle, Jett & he keeps me motivated to take him on walks for at least 4-6 kms x 5 days per week. Without him, I'd be stuffed!
  • Hi all, I've been using this app for a while now and found it terrific at first. As time's gone by my motivation has fluctuated and really believe I need help to keep on track. I think people in the same situation, like you out there, are the ones I can rely on - I hope so, anyway. Please feel free to prod and poke me when…
