  • One pound of fat is something like 3500 calories so you should be fine. If you are a bit heavier, it'll probably be water weight because of the excess sodium you likely consumed, or the food that is in the process of being digested. Remember your weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds a day! I've got this app where you log…
  • bump! I'm not seriously intolerant to gluten but it does make my tummy sad. these will be great.
  • I've been a veggie for 10 years now and my boyfriend has been one for 2 years. A mexican chilli is so quick to make and low cal (quorn mince; mixed beans like pinto, black, kidney; paprika, cumin, tomato paste, onions: just experiment). You could have it on its own with some natural yogurt or sour cream, or even a sprinkle…
  • bump! although I'd use quorn 'chicken' and low fat cooking spray to save a few extra cals. This might have to be dinner tomorrow :D
  • sounds like my kind of diet
  • Hi, I'm 18 and have been on MFP for a while but I've only just got serious about it! I've got at least 8 pounds to lose by July, which really isn't that much, but I like food and hate exercise so it might be a struggle.. Add me if you're between 18 and 25 :)
  • ugh I'm having the exact problem right now, it's always just before bed! I have a cup of tea and/or: pitta and hummus, apple slices and peanut butter or a weetabix with some skim milk and honey. The pitta and hummus aren't particularly low-cal but it's better than getting through a whole pack of biscuits in a few hours!
  • 18, 5'6" and on 1200 cals a day. Currently at 133 pounds, wanting to lose 8 pounds for my holiday in early July so I don't look flabby in a bikini :) also trying to eat more healthily in general. Only started a few days ago, I will weigh in once a week. :) Add me!
