I feel your pain girl!!!! I am a stress eater and the temptations seem to be everywhere! Our principa lkeeps a basket of Dove chocolates on her desk and in the lounge and keeps them FULL!

I have had 5 children (no c-sections, though) and I, too am in better shape and eating clean but still have that lower abdominal pooch and loose skin. It is extremely discouraging :(

I use it as my afternoon snack most days. I put it in the blender with peanut butter powder, water and lots of ice. i tried it in the shaker with just water - did NOT work well. It is excellent nutritionally and I feel that it gives the an afternoon pick-me-up for my workout 2 hours later and helps with the sweet craving .…

I mix 1/4 c whole oats, 1 sc. cookies and cream protein powder, cinn., splenda with 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk or water and cook in the microwave for about 50 seconds. The fiber and protein will help get you through until lunch.
