I'm using the doctor's board recipes too! Last night, I had the tilapia with a kick recipe listed on there with fresh spinach leaves with a small amount of feta cheese. It was great! I wasn't sure on the feta, but a lot of the cycle 1 recipes listed it, so I added it. It only had 2 carbs.

I've only been on it 4 days, but I too have seen low calorie days. I have never been on an exercise plan before, so I'm just doing the 17 minutes a day. 1st Day - 820 2nd Day - 656 3rd Day - 776 That is net, after my exercise which is usually only subtracting about 100 calories a day.

Great information! With the amount of weight I have to lose, I have really considered staying on the accelerate phase for longer.
