Nice!!! I bet you aced the fit test! Yes I did do p90x for a bit. After I finish Insanity, if I survive ;), I might do a recovery week and then into a p90x/insanity Hybrid. So then I get both like you sugested. I have a tendincy to "bulk" up so I want to do the cardio this time only... weights later. ;)

Sometimes I do sometimes I don't.... I do if I eat WAY over on Sunday to make up for it. I have a fitbit so that helps me see where I am at for the day. I just switched to Insanity from p90x btw. I made a HUGE breakfast burrito for only 250 calories. Mmmm... With sausage, cheese, potatoes, egg whites, bell peppers, onions, and a tortilla with some pepper! Going for a chicken taco in an hour too!

With your stats to maintain you need 1688 calories a day. To loose you need a 500 calorie deficit which brings you to around 1188. Don't forget weights.... That is just as important as your food and cardio. You need all 3 to be effective or you will tank again!

Sounds like you are doing fine then! Just stick with it. A plateau is when you go a month or two without a weight drop OR inches/body fat. I would wait it out for another 2-3 weeks and see.
