OUCH!! I'm so sorry! Other than watering, I've avoided a lot of my outside work ... it laid me up in pain for too long the last time. I think I'll hire someone to come in a spend 3-4 hours doing what I want done. May cost a bit of money, but at least it'll be physically painless!! LOL
