Yes, just create the recipe then later go to recipes and click that recipe. You will see a pencil at the top, you can add that way or if you just need to add ingredients you can click the plus sign there as well. Make sure to click done and the check mark afterwards.

I also have strong sugar cravings even before beginning my diet.
