This I must try! It might solve my peanut butter craving too!

Sometimes I like a bagel thin with some neufchatel cheese and sliced strawberries...but I'm a big oatmeal fan too :)

Okay, wow...some harsh stuff here...but I'll jump in and respond to the OP anyway... The scale is important to me right now...but it's really as a unit of measurement...just like my heart rate monitor, and my soft tape measure...the ticker on my profile...tracking my food and exercise... all just units of measurement,…

I have no answers for you, but will be watching this thread...lets just say my girls are a "little" farther along in the alphabet than most... :ohwell:

I'm interested in this too...I feel like I'm dying, ugh!

I have the FT7 too - a fairly new acquisition...I'm in this for the long run and was concerned that the calorie burn was off with MFP for me - and it was, big time! So much so that I wonder if I'm using the HRM correctly...but honestly, it's super easy to use...I'm working hard, sweating hard, but the burn isn't near what…

It was pouring rain last week when I ran out to take my son to school...when I got home I realized my pant legs were soaked...I'd say they got longer...or at least they're a whole lot longer on me and drag on the ground....I don't want to buy more now, when it's so close to capri weather!! Hmn...wonder if I may even wear…

Thanks! I keep hearing how wonderful it is, and it has to be more fun than my elliptical!! ;-) I was really concerned about space, so it's good to know you don't need a huge space to play in. I may just have to look into the demo for it...

I've never tried it either...I have terrible coordination! But I keep hearing such wonderful things about it...AND I have an Xbox with Kinect....the first Zumba got mixed reviews so I didn't even go there... But this thread has me interested... So..whatdoya all think? Someone who seriously can't dance? No cooridination?…

I did a general search for "how to track 30 Day Shred" when I started it and found that most people are tracking it as "circuit training, general"

You're an awesome Mom for looking for ways that may encourage and help her to crawl - you're not discounting what your Dr. said. You know she's fine - but asking what other parents did/experience is a great resource! As so may have said, they are all different. - We have four children, 16, 10, 4 and 2. Two were…

I really like this! I try to put fresh fruit and veggies on the table when I know the meal is going to be challenging to get my little kids to eat...but I really really like this idea. It's the battle at the dinner table I'm weary of - and I don't, and never have made two meals except when I KNOW it's something my children…

Just a side note here on how fast the weight loss...many commented on that and I tend to agree - BUT, one easily missed little fact is that she started one month postpartum, and started walking 6 days a week, some aerobics and changed her diet... These things alone, combined with only being a month postpartum would account…

I hear that! I feel the same way - but I'm looking at this as a total lifestyle change...and my lifestyle is going to include holiday dinners, birthdays and special occasions....so, one day, with one dinner that will be over the top is not going to ruin my week. I'm more afraid of the leftovers! I'm so weak when it comes…
