Lost 2lbs,, but I did have an aniversary dinner this past weekend, so we will see what this coming week looks like. I am also trying fasting 1 to 2 days a week for health reason. I will let you know how it works :)

If you can run a five k, you can do this, esp with 2 months of prep. Push ups, burpees (lots of them), hill work will all help you. Also go to the Spartan web site and get mailed the WOD, that will kick you into gear.

Hummm, if you already run I think you can do it. It is a very bouncy workout and you push till it hurts (hurts so good is one of my favorite quotes :) I LOVE it. I have been doing it for a while,, mixing it up with Obstical run training and Asylum. If you have any more questons about it, just msg me

I always feel better on a little meat,, but good quality meat, not factory farmed where animals are kept and fed very unnaturally. Lots of fruit and veg,, even for the littles. Even my husband eats less meat do to me, mostly cause I cook and he doesn't, so he eats what I make! Also rice and beans is cheaper than good meat.…

I have run a few of the spartan sprint, got a hurrican heat to prep for and the beast within a month of each other. My upper body is usually good, no problems with walls and such. I have a practice climbing rope in the back yard. I figure endurance and hill work are going to be big. That and lots of burpees,, lots and lots…
