I know I got to eat when dinner time comes,, Witht the littles I tend not eat, then I have a nice empty tummy by the time dinner prep, a drink during dinner prep,, then it is all down hill. Maybe a snack,, and I will check out that book "One small step" Thanks!! You only fail if you don't keep trying :)

Darn,, I fell off the wagon,, so I make a U turn and start again,, Day 1. I can do this, no one said it was going to be easy, but this week is already better than last week. I am turning to mediation to try to figure this out, quiet the nosy mind :) What do others do instead of drinking?

OH YEah,, I already got the Beast under my belt (Vermont Baby!!) Amsbury sprint and hopefull the Boston Super. I will most likely Volunteer again for Fenway,, that was way fun!!

I homeschool, a 3 and 5 year old :) I do Shaun T, beachbody videos (Insanity, Asylum, ect) and run when the hubby is home. I train for obstical course racing, and that is my "thing" . The kids love to jump around to Shaun T, and the kids can entertain themselves or work on a workbook or free read. I think it is good for…

if you are new to working out (for example you have not worked out 4-5 times a week for a few months) then HHA. If you work out regularly,, then T25. If you are looking for a kick *kitten* challenge,, INsanity. I have done Insanity, Aslyum Vol I and II.

I am up to a solid 7 mile run, can do unassisted pull up (not many :) I need more practice on the climbing rope and run at least 9miles. Ahhh gotta love training

I think 160 will be great for your height and such. You will feel great, you won't be stick thin ( I am 5"10 and a bout 165, wear a size 10 to 12 depending on the maker) and I would say I still got some chunk left :) So I think you will fine, and fabulous!!!

Nope,, diffent book. I like it, better than the palo. Alot of anthopology, a little less hard science. I do like some grains, but I always soak/spout them. I might do some fasting again, and I do like my fat over my protien!

I would love to join. I love the accountability, it has worked in the past for me, but I hate shelling out money to WW or anyone eles :) I need to drop about 15 to 20, for vanity and racing reasons. Weight in Monday,,,? :)

I have 8 weeks till Spartan Hurrican Heat,, and I got a decent training program set up,, but I could always been there for ya in support :) Basically it is half marathon training with a lot of strength training.
