What are your Macros

Hi, I was just wondering what people's macros are. Mine is 20% protein 40% carb and 40% fat. What are yours and why (me ,,, I love fat, coconut oil, butter, yum :)

    On the advice of my nutritionist, 40% Carb & 30% each Fat and Protein.

    Mine is P=40%, carbs and fats = 30%

    I eat a primal leaning diet and have my macros set at 40% fat, 30% protein and 30% carbs :)

    I am trying to do low carb, so mine are 20% carb, 30% protein, 50% fat. I just increased my fat and decreased my carbs today, so I don't know how this is going to work. I am also a vegetarian and cannot eat milk products or wheat. I definitely feel better when I have less sugar and carbs, but increasing my fat might be a challenge.

    I just changed mine, actually, to 35 P/ 35 C/ 30 F.

    This is an upgrade in protein from what I used to have.
