Which Shaun T workout to do.

Im looking to do insanity, hip hop abs or focus T25. Which one is the better one to start out with? Or any other programs I should check out? Thanks.

I just saw 2 of his informercials. I think I'd start with HHA but that's just me. Insanity sounds too intense.

I currently do the Rockin Body with Shaun T very low impact and still a great cardio and fat burning workout... If you arent in the best of shape of have knee issues Ive been told by many that Insanity isnt the workout to go with... whatever you decide best wishes and you can do whatever you want if you put your heart into it :)

if you are new to working out (for example you have not worked out 4-5 times a week for a few months) then HHA. If you work out regularly,, then T25. If you are looking for a kick *kitten* challenge,, INsanity. I have done Insanity, Aslyum Vol I and II.

I literally just finished the first week of Insanity about 3 minutes ago. It's NOT for a beginner or the faint of heart. This is SERIOUS cardio and nothing but plyometrics (jumping) done mostly in an interval training style. It burns big calories (i burned 620 in 44 minutes tonight, and I'm not a huge person- 5'4", 166 pounds, in very good cardio/endurance shape with a good amount of overall strength) and you will be working your hardest for the whole workout. I wouldn't recommend it as a first program. I tried P90X, completed two weeks (loved it) but decided I need more cardio at the moment so I switched to Insanity. If you want mostly strength with some cardio, P90X is awesome. It's also very intense. Be prepared to be incredibly sore your entire first week and a lot of the second too. It's all dependent upon your current level of fitness and your goals. I'm looking to shed weight and fat right now. When I'm finished with this, I'll be going back to P90X to "bulk", for lack of a better word. Good luck with whatever you choose!
