I’m back at it again. I’m 65 and at my highest of 208 just lost 4 lbs since last week I’ve been a member of my fitness pal since the start of the app. I’m not consistent I’m good for 2 months then drop off at logging food then quit and gain back I need to learn consistency

I really don't see a problem with lite coconut milk. There are more and more articles stating how good coconut is for you. I even started using coconut oil in my stir fry's. Drink water! I swear everytime I go back dieting and nothing works, increasing my water intake by 8 tall glasses a day kicks in my metabolism also when I get faster cardio (30 min a day) it also changes my body's metabolism to burn calories. HOpe this helps
