I work a 12 hr shift from 6p-6a, & flip my schedule on my off days. At least once a week I go 25 hrs straight without sleep. My weight loss/fitness goals will be achieved when I no longer have moobs. I've already lost 50 lbs and am 5-10 lbs away from my "ideal" weight but I'm not stopping til I have pecs instead of peaks.

Regular old Tabasco sauce, but you folks are making me feel like I'm slumming it. I eat a lot of mexican food so my wife's home made salsa sees a lot of use as well. Great topic, BTW
