Yeah i feel the same way. :)

Yeah i saw that, but i didn't think it was a big deal for him to leave. Maybe he tried out this site and figured it wasn't meeting his needs. Lol IDK Bye, mister! I'm doing low-carb also; but MFP helps me alot by taking out the guesswork. Wish you all the best.

I am pre-diabetic also (PCOS) and i've set my goals to 70 grams of carbs and 25 grams of (added sugars)
-
BUMP..i have the same question. My BMR is 1616.. i wanted to set that as my calorie goal on MFP and just track my calories burned via my Polar HRM and eat back the calories that i burn. (Which would add up to my TDEE of 1890 depending on how hard i worked out.) ;/

Hi my name is Ty <3 I just got it yesterday but won't be able to do it til i finish T25 Beta :) I was a little surprised at how simple and small the package was LOL No precise 21 day calendar. Just the same workouts each week..hmm :/ Didn't realize how small the containers were either..but hey! Whatever works, i'll do :)

Why do people combine other dvds with TurboFire? Is it because the program itself doesn't give great results? Everytime i look for results from TurboFire there's usually something else they did along with it. :/
-
OMG! Thank you for this! :)
-
bump! :) <3

I often wonder this too..what if you're over 200lbs and don't see the scale move. Would i be stuck in the 200s but leaner? LOL :p I've gotten much much smaller but the scale hasn't moved much.. (that'd suck bc i'd like to weigh less also.)
-
Awesome results you guys! I soo can't wait to make my goals and post on the boards. :) So much inspiration on this site, i love it. I had a question..would IIFYM still work for people who have diabetes, PCOS, Insulin resistance? Just curious..i love learning!

I'm having a hard time as well and have been googling non stop for ways to sneak in protein. I found this website. http://greatist.com/health/high-protein-snacks-portable Hopefully it helps you. :)

I'm 5'5" and i workout 5 times a week for 25 min (T25), but i'm mostly on my butt all day/all week.
-
Was this a stupid topic? I'm confused why no one is commenting? Are my calories too low for JUDDD (Alternate day fasting)?
-
any comments at all? :(
-
Learned so much in this one thread! :)

Not the fast food restaurant. LOL..when i moved to Canada from the states, it sounded funny also..but it's a health store based on the actual cartoon character Popeye here in Canada. :p
-
I don't think it really matters how late you eat.. But I've read that just eating three hours before bedtime is fine.
-
'' Yeah she was happy bc she won $250,000 LOL

I'm in the Beta phase since earlier this week and i still have to use Tania to modify. Lol Go through both phases consistently and then just do another round of both phases. You'll build endurance, just keep at it.
-
Yes, i actually was looking into that last night but my husband and i found out it's only for the fitness not nutrition. :/ bummer!
-
Lol.. :) you're funny. Finding 1,000 calories isn't hard, no, not at all, but i wanted to be somewhat healthy with it just in case i went over. Haha i don't like soda, beer or red meat that much. :/ I'm weird..yes, i know this

Oh, ok! I wish i liked the MFP diary more but the UP app is so much more simple. I have about 89grams of protein and 57 grams of carbs so far. Might eat fish/veggies for dinner and have some popcorn later :) thank you for the suggestions!
-
I don't use the app for MFP to track, i use Jawbone UP (Since i have the bracelet to go with it) MFP put me at 1,200 but i've been told by some of the posters to eat more and to not do 1,200 calories. And it's been working for me. Fits my TDEE/BMR What's so funny about that?
-
Thanks so much for the suggestions!! :) Just bought a few Quest bars and ground flax seeds Thanks again <3
-
But then in the end aren't you still watching your calories AND carbs? You said you mainly eat protein now
-
What about for a diabetic or a woman with PCOS? How does carbs/sugar not effect them? (just confused bc i have PCOS and have been told to watch my carbs/sugars as well as calories)
-
oh? Ok..just wondering bc i've read and heard some people take about 3-5 pills a day. :/
