Hi everyone.. just joined the group and can't wait to start! Today is my first DD I have a small issue though. It was recommened to use the caluclator on the Doctor's website but when i input all of my info it gives me a total of 2,762 calories to eat on UD and 967 calories to eat on DD. I usually eat oatmeal/eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, fruit/nuts for snack, fish/veggies for dinner and a jello cup for dessert. I considered eating out at a restaurant and eating a adequate amount of popcorn to be a cheat. (since i don't eat out and i don't eat popcorn everyday)

Ok thanks i didn't think it would mess up my metabolism, but the fact that my own personal trainer told me that it would and looking at a few posts on the boards saying it would/wouldn't had me a little confused. Lol

Um, I don't get what you're talking about either. I was asking for challenges and the replies i got were helpful in what i was looking for. I will try the fitness goal rather than weight loss goal. :) I'm starting to get into lifting so i'll think of a way to challenge myself with weights. Thank you!

Hi, :flowerforyou: PCOS here and i have been struggling half of my life with the weight. Taking Metformin and b.c. to tame the symptoms. Really would love to lose this excess weight to start a family. :tongue:
