  • ugh missed 2 days due to birthdays and parties.. no excuse yes. so now L1D3.. still can't do the full side lunge and raise. now im thinking whether i should just recount from D1 since i missed 2 days.. hope everyone is hanging in there!
  • just finished L1D2.. side lunge with biceps were oww. anyone feel the impact on your ankles during the jump rope? I got depressed that I gained a whole pound after yesterday even though I was eating way under cals. sigh!
  • hi! just started today too! using 2kg weights... need the support alright!! could feel the pull so bad in my abs. think this kicked my butt waaaay more than my 3km jog.
