Hi, I've just been on that site and my BMR - 1524 TDEE - 1829, i took 20% off it came to 1463 Should i try increasing my cals to 1463 then? Its not a massive amount more than my 1200 which the app says i should be eating but it might be worth a try for a few weeks if the ignoring sugars thing doesnt work. xx

Hi all, Thanks for your adive, i dont mind not sneaking the chocolate on its the things like fruit and maybe a yoghurt with my lunch i was struggling to fit in, i'm going to try and ignore the sugar levels and just focus on the cals and fat then, fingers crossed i'll have a loss again soon. xx
