We almost the same starting weight and goal. You have given me hope today.

I am 5'5 with a starting weight of 185.5. My current weight is 166 and my goal weight is 130. I am losing very slowly, which is making my new habits stick. I am now at the point of it becoming a habit and I am starting to settle in. Instead of focusing on "hurry up and lose the weight" I am now focusing on just plugging…

That is really awesome. I am just now noticing the changes too. My PJ pants kept wanting to slide down the other night when I was tossing and turning in bed. I had to go buy another size smaller.
