I'm a recovering weigher every day-er. I try once a week now, somehow that day fell on wednesday. I weight first thing in the am after I potty before I do anything else naked on the kitchen tile. Not taking any chances for extra weight lol

I'm 5'4, 199lbs and a size 15/16. I think if I lose 10 more pounds I can go down to a 14 pretty easy. I am pear shaped, carry all my weight in my rear and hips and thights.

Hi Katie! I'm there with you! Life long weight battler! I lost 35 pounds with weight watchers and diet drugs, then yo-yo'd with about 15 of those pounds. At the end of december I started counting calories and have lost 16 pounds since. I've got another 49 lbs to lose before I hit my big goal weight. I sent you a request!

I have the motiva mio and it works really well. I have the watch version of it. The only con I have found to it is that you have to take your heart rate several times during your workout since it doesn't spontaneously take it for you. Its not too bad, just kind of a pain.

I just started JM 30 DS! I finished Day 2 of Level 1 today! I'm hoping to get some good results from this and jump kick myself off of this plateau I'm on!
