I gained during marathon training. I am still running but I don't do only running right now. And I am not doing distance. When I do distance training I maintain or gain. Fast running you should be okay

I grease my feet in my running shoes. I am afraid of natural body's of water, I don't want anything alive to touch me. I have a thing for guys that can sing, even if they are ugly. lol

sounds like yours is cleared for take off out the window. I got a cal-max at walmart last year, its pretty accurate and it has a button where you can see how many calories you can eat with out gaining.

I just decided I was tired of walking started running, but it was like tree to tree, block to block. You need to build up to any new workout. John Bingham, he's an awesome coach/writer. If you can't smile, you are doing it wrong!

seriously though with endurance running your body holds on to stuff. you would think its easier to loose that way. be careful you might be depleting too much depending on what you are doing, make sure you replace enough!
