^^^^This is me! As I refill my 24 OZ cup from water filter I always tap it off with hot water spout from the Coffee maker. I get at least 8 glasses a day while at work.

I would have to say no. I too started off with that same routine and within five months I was down over twenty pounds. Keep at it and allow days for rest. LISTEN to your body, injury is prone to happen when we do not listen. Good luck with it and keep BEASTING! :flowerforyou:

A lot of water weight and about four pounds that I gained at the end of the year. No problem but i'm not counting a loss until my weigh in this month which should take place sometime by Saturday.

My logging is horrible on here however, I'm aware of the calories I put in and out of my mouth due to counting cals for almost five years, LOL. As a beginner I would advise you to eat your daily cals and log everything. This prepares you for success of logging and learning the cals of what you put in your mouth. But to…

Not realistic at all. I would start by eating five small meals a day in order not to feel like you are starving yourself. Yes, eat back your exercise cals until you feel you have the swing of it and are comfortable with your plan. Planning and preparing ahead will help you as well.
